You will discover an amazing scenery. Our gîte « La Source » is located in Flaviac, 2 km  away from the village and 7 km away from Privas, head of the Ardèche county, in the South-East of France.

Evelyne and Etienne will be happy to welcome you in this Ardéchois stone house overlooking the hamlet with a wonderful view over the Ardèche mountains.

This semi-detached gîte allows you to be independent from the owners.

You will feel at home in this cosy, self-catering gîte that can accommodate 5 to 7 guests.

At the edge of the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Natural Park, in a preserved environment, many outings, visits and activities are there for you to enjoy.
